We are a U.S. – based independent commodities trading company.  We focus on metals, energy, agricultural products, and rubber.  We serve our trading partners globally leveraging our presence in Greenwich, CT, Rome, Manila, and Dubai.

Mr. Paul Tillotson

Paul has over 25 years of experience in physical commodities trading, management consulting, and healthcare services. His expertise includes strategy, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career at Jipang Corporation, a trading company in Osaka Japan, where he was instrumental in their growth in the Hong Kong market and expansion in the United States. Prior to joining TBCC, he co-founded three health care services companies in the managed care and practice management areas. After leading one of the company's expansions into four markets including New York City, the two-year-old start-up was acquired by a leading public company in the sector.

He has held senior positions at Ernst & Young and Archstone Consulting where he led strategy and operations projects at Fortune 100 companies in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. At TBCC, he has recently been deeply involved in physical metals trading in North America, Asia, and Europe. Paul received a BA in Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mr. T T Bhat

A seasoned Finance Industry professional having over 30 years of experience with HSBC.  He has rich and extensive experience in Global Markets business, Treasurer/Balance Sheet Management, Risk Management, Risk Strategy and Risk-based Capital, Broker-Dealer & Asset Management businesses across 5 countries and 3 continents, both in Emerging & Developed markets, with HSBC.  Mr. Bhat’s last role at HSBC New York was that of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Global Asset Management business in the USA, responsible for Risk, Operations, IT, Change Management, and regulatory interactions. He worked in different capacities and senior roles at HSBC in the US, UK, Hongkong & the Middle East, having started his banking career in India.

He served as an Independent Director/Advisor on the boards of two privately held companies in India, between 2005-2010. He currently serves as an honorary Chief Strategy Officer at a nano-technology firm - Nanocrystals Technology Inc., New York, on the Advisory Board of ASCEND Connecticut chapter, USA, Posiview Capital Advisors, Pune, India, and Hexanika, a technology startup in New York. Mr. Bhat is a Science and Law graduate from an Indian university.
